Senior Full Stack .NET Developer Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite) This role is not eligible for sponsorship We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support new and existing software applications. This role will own the full software development lifecycle, from research and design through development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, MVC, JavaScript, Vue.js, SQL, and full-stack web application development, along with the ability to serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software applications supporting internal business requirements and external customers.Execute the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Develop well-designed, testable, efficient, and maintainable code for complex software solutions.Build and maintain full-stack web applications across the front end, middle-tier service layer, and back-end database.Support and install software applications, including end-user training and technical documentation when required.Document and maintain application functionality, including break/fix support and continuous improvements.Participate in the software testing process, including test review, analysis, witnessing, and certification.Work with database technologies and develop complex SQL queries for reading, inserting, updating, and deleting data.Participate in Agile development processes, methodologies, ceremonies, and tools.Review code developed by other team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, security principles, and development guidelines.Mentor Level I and Level II associates and assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer.Stay current with emerging development tools, technologies, programming techniques, and industry best practices.Provide technical consultation on projects and serve as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies.Participate in Level II on-call support as required.Work independently under limited supervision while exercising sound technical judgment and creativity.Contribute as a highly impactful member of the engineering team and help drive technical solutions and improvements. Required Qualifications Master’s degree + 4+ years of relevant experience; ORBachelor’s degree + 5+ years of relevant experience; OR7+ years of equivalent professional experience.5+ years of hands-on experience with the primary technology stack, including:.NET, C#, MVC, JavaScriptDemonstrated experience developing full-stack web applications, including:Front-end Web UI, Middle-tier/service layer, Back-end databaseStrong experience with JavaScript and Vue.js.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and Web User Interface Design.Demonstrated ability to write and work with complex SQL statements, including SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operations.Strong understanding of Web Services, Object-Oriented Design, and Security Principles.Experience working within Agile software development environments, methodologies, and tools.Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert.Experience mentoring junior and mid-level software engineers.Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.Experience supporting production applications and participating in on-call rotations.Strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding practices, and application performance.
