The Role Develop and implement software solutions using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, PL/SQL, ORDS, or Elm. Independently implement technical requirements in close coordination with clients. Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection in collaboration with the team. Work on diverse client projects, ranging from healthcare and the public sector to the automotive industry. Build and further develop CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps processes. Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team and mentor less experienced colleagues. What You'll Need Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in software development. Professional training or a degree with an IT focus. Proficient in agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern development processes. Experience in requirements gathering and direct client communication. Independent, structured working style and the ability to advocate for solutions within the team and to clients. Keen interest in the continuous development of processes and technologies. Very good German language skills and basic English language skills.
