Site Reliability Engineer - Entry to 3 Years Location: United States (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote - based on client engagement) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0โ€“3 Years Compensation: $85,000 โ€“ $125,000/year (based on experience, location, and skill set) About This Opportunity Amoha Recruitment Services is a US-focused staffing and placement firm actively building a talent pipeline of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) for upcoming client engagements across technology, finance, healthcare, SaaS, e-commerce, and other industries. We work with candidates on OPT, STEM-OPT, and H-1B status, as well as US citizens and Green Card holders. If you're an early-career Site Reliability Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, automation, monitoring, system reliability, and troubleshooting, we'd like to add you to our candidate network for current and future client opportunities. What You'll Do Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.Respond to production incidents and assist with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.Support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Develop and maintain automation for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.Support CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes.Work with development and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and scalability.Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.Participate in incident response, post-incident reviews, and corrective-action activities.Assist with capacity planning, performance optimization, and infrastructure scaling.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.Help establish and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field.0โ€“3 years of professional, internship, academic, or hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, systems administration, or a related area.Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and basic networking concepts.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software development workflows.Familiarity with scripting or programming using Python, Bash, Go, or a similar language.Understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, and system troubleshooting.Familiarity with Git and collaborative technical workflows.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
