Data Operations Analyst (Mortgage Data)

Data Operations AnalystJoin NN Group's Data Platforms team and help build a new mortgage valuation platform.What you will do:Monitor and validate mortgage valuation data.Investigate data quality issues and resolve discrepancies.Perform reconciliations and support reporting activities.Work closely with Finance, Risk, IT teams, and external data providers.Support testing, implementation, and process improvements.Help ensure accurate reporting and reliable data delivery.What you bring:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Operations, Business Analysis, or Data Quality.Strong SQL and analytical skills.Experience with data validation, reconciliations, and problem-solving.Strong communication skills in English.Nice to have:Experience in financial services, banking, risk, reporting, or data management.Experience with testing, UAT/FAT, or project implementation.What we offerCompetitive salary.Hybrid and international working environment.Opportunity to join a strategic transformation project from the beginning.Exposure to Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology domains.Growth opportunities towards Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Process Owner roles.Who you will work with:You will work within the Data Platforms organization and closely with the Pricing & Valuation team in Group Finance.
