Payroll Specialist - Benelux (m/f/d)

As our Payroll Specialist Benelux, you'll play a critical role in managing payroll operations for our teams across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, working closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to deliver seamless payroll execution. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You manage accurate and timely payroll processing, with a focus on the Benelux markets (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issues You support the preparation of payroll reports, audits, and documentation for compliance You serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and HR teams You assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes and support system updates and testing YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Benelux payroll processes and legislation (experience with French or Swiss payroll will also be considered) Education You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field Technical Skills You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Celergo, Workday) Attention to Detail You are highly organized and accurate in handling payroll data and documentation Priority Management You confidently manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure Language You are fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus WHAT WE OFFER The SIXT Lisbon Experience Two of Lisbon's most exciting hubs — Factory Lisboa in Beato and ARTs Lisboa in Parque das Nações — are where you'll find your new home base.
