Junior Full Stack Developer

Junior Full Stack Developer Location: Remote Role Type: Full-Time / Contract Level: Junior Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer with hands-on exposure to front-end and back-end development, database design, AI/LLM technologies, and RPA. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of UI/UX and DevOps practices and be comfortable working across Linux and Windows Server environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Python.Build front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and develop back-end APIs and services.Design and integrate RESTful APIs.Support integration and fine-tuning of AI/LLM-based features.Build and maintain RPA workflows to automate business processes.Design, query, and maintain relational databases, including SQL and schema design.Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to implement user-friendly UI/UX.Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.Assist with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.Deploy and troubleshoot applications across Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server environments.Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews and pull requests.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.Document technical processes, code changes, and system configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and production issues.Performance Expectations Develop comprehensive and scalable design systems.Create interactive wireframes and prototypes.Implement accessible and responsive interfaces.Conduct UX research and usability testing.Optimize application performance and user engagement.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.Working knowledge of Java and Python.Basic front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.Foundational knowledge of AI/LLM concepts and applications.Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and schema design.Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization.Experience with or exposure to RPA tools, such as Brity Works, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server environments.Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control.Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications English-Korean bilingual communication skills.
