Innovative Driven, a well-established ALSP, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Frontend Engineer who is passionate about creating intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging web applications.
Role and Responsibilities:
Build frontend pages and components for cloud and on-premises web applicationsConsistently create maintainable, testable, performant working code that meets the needs of and delights customersPerform start-to-end tasks required of a small cross functional team to deliver and support new functionality in SaaS and on-premises product solutionsWork with product managers and product owners to identify, prioritize, design, and implement new features and functionalityMaintain awareness of industry trends that relate to UX and UI best practicesProviding technical support for existing applications, systems, and infrastructure as neededActively promote and adhere to agile principlesAssist in setting priorities and managing resources to achieve unit and corporate goalsCollaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with backend APIsAssist Product, QA, and Support teams in solving customer problemsMentor other team members on proven design patterns, coding best practices, and other areas of expertise
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, web development or equivalent experienceCompetence with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, React.jsExperience consuming REST-ful APIsExperience with a collaborative, version-controlled development process on platforms like Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or GitHubExperience building performant, complex user interfaces for web applicationsAbility to independently solve technical problems in a virtual work environment, collaborate when necessary, and proactively ask for helpExcellent verbal and written communication skills
