Description

Launch your career in technology with Vanguard’s College to Corporate (C2C) Internship Program. As an intern in this space, you’ll gain hands-on experience building and delivering impactful technology solutions that support our mission to give investors the best chance for success in areas such as web, mobile, and/or application development. This immersive internship combines real-world project work, mentorship, and structured development to help you grow your technical and professional skillset while building leadership skills through ownership of work, collaboration, and real-world impact. You'll build high-impact solutions that allow Vanguard to perform at its best and do what’s right for investors through exciting assignments. In this internship, you will: Design, build, and enhance applications that support Vanguard’s internal systems and client-facing platformsParticipate in the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deploymentWork with modern technologies and tools in an Agile/LEAN team environmentCollaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to deliver impactful solutionsContribute ideas, solve problems, and drive outcomes both independently and as part of a teamBuild connections with peers, mentors, and leaders across VanguardReceive ongoing coaching and feedback to support your development What it takes: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (required)Strong interest in application development, including web, mobile, or backend systemsFamiliarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsDemonstrated curiosity, initiative, and ability to learn in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirationsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyCumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (preferred)undefined Additional Information: This is a full-time, paid 10-week summer internshipVanguard does not offer visa sponsorship for this roleStart date: May/June 2027 Special Factors Sponsorship Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
