INTRODUCTION And WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)
You will be primarily responsible for providing development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the software applications and web services.
You will work with the Matco Distributor Business System programming team to develop software applications.
What You Will Do
Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain web-based applications based on Angular/React and .NET frameworksCoordinate with client product owners and technical leadership to understand requirementsCreate technical solutions and present them to client leadershipLead and coordinate software development activitiesProvide technical leadership to the development teamCode reviews and low-level design reviews with developersCoding of enhancements and featuresWork closely with developers and QA team to build quality productsAccountable for meeting delivery dates on assigned projects and tasksIndependently scope project requirements including timetable, resources, and risk assessment/mitigationLead project implementation with cross-functional team where neededProvide direction and mentoring to other developers and/or outside consultants
WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related disciplineMinimum of 8 years experience in web application developmentExperience with .NET Core, C#, React, MVC, Javascript, WebAPI, SQL Server or another similar databaseExperience in code reviews, architectural reviews, and functional reviewsExperience in providing estimates for major enhancements and projectsExperience in deploying .NET builds, IISExperience in working with microservices and Azure cloud-related servicesExpertise in CI/CD implementation using Azure Dev OpsAbility to work independently and as a team memberEffective communication and documentation skillsStrong relationship-building skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team, management, and users FIT FACTORSDetails matter - quality firstEffective time management and personal organizationSense of urgency - quick to prioritize multiple tasksFlexibility - able to adapt to changing responsibilitiesCommunication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities
The base compensation range for this position is $112,300 to $130,000 per annum.
Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
