As a Build Assurance Engineer, you'll help make sure our network is built safely, correctly and to the highest standards. Working across our build areas, you'll inspect completed works, spot issues before they become problems, and help us deliver a network our customers can rely on. What does a day look like? Carrying out quality inspections across civils, cabling and fibre build activitiesAuditing completed works against company and industry standardsIdentifying defects and raising remedial actions where requiredEnsuring contractors are meeting safety and quality requirementsRecording findings and producing clear inspection reportsWorking closely with Delivery, Planning and Build Partners to resolve issuesMonitoring build quality trends and supporting continuous improvementHelping ensure every part of our network is built right first time What we're looking for Experience within telecoms, utilities or network constructionKnowledge of FTTP build methods and quality standardsExperience inspecting civils, fibre or infrastructure worksStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret build drawings and plansConfident using mobile technology and reporting systemsExcellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge when standards aren't metA safety-first approach and commitment to qualityFull UK driving licence You'll enjoy Company VanFuel Card31 days' holidayPrivate healthcareEnhanced pension schemeGym & retail discountsEmployee wellbeing support Why GoFibre?
