Familiarity With Agile Methodologies and Project Management Practices. 8. Experience in Banking/Financial Service Domain Preferred skills Experience in Loan Origination Application/Product Job Description: As Technical Specialist in .NET play a crucial role in leading the design and development of high-quality software solutions while ensuring adherence to client requirements. Architect, Design, And Develop Robust .Net Applications Through the Team, Ensuring Alignment with Project Specifications and Delivery Timelines. 2. Promote and govern adoption of GitHub Copilot across development teams. 3. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In .Net Technologies, Providing Guidance and Support To Team Members and Stakeholders. 4. Conduct Research On Emerging Technologies and Implement Enhancements To Existing Solutions, Ensuring They Meet Current Quality Standards and Client Needs. 5. Train And Mentor Team Members In .Net Development Practices, Fostering A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing and Talent Development To Mitigate Project Delivery Risks. 6. Analyze Client Specifications and Deliver Tailored Solutions Leveraging .Net And Sql Server, Ensuring A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Domains. 7. Review And Assess Project Deliverables Against Established Quality Benchmarks and Industry Best Practices, Providing Constructive Feedback. 8.
