What You'll Own
Technical Architecture
Drive architecture across frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI services, and shared platform components.Design systems that remain maintainable as our product and engineering team scale.Balance pragmatic delivery with long-term technical sustainability.Lead technical design reviews and architectural decision making.
Engineering Excellence
Establish coding standards and engineering best practices.Improve consistency across services, APIs, and shared libraries.Raise the overall quality of the codebase through thoughtful reviews and mentorship.Improve observability, testing, performance, reliability, and developer experience.
Technical Leadership

What We're Looking For
Required
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.Experience leading technical architecture across complex software platforms.Strong backend engineering experience with Python and modern API design.Experience building scalable cloud-native systems on AWS.Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases, asynchronous processing, and system reliability.Experience designing maintainable APIs and shared platform services.Ability to simplify complex technical problems.Excellent communication skills with both engineers and business stakeholders.A passion for mentoring other engineers.
