IT Support Engineer (12 months - FTC) Odevo UK | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + benefits Location: Hybrid (with occasional travel to Odevo UK offices when needed) Reports to: IT Service Delivery Manager About Us Odevo UK is transforming residential property management by combining great people with digital technology to simplify everyday living. The Role We’re looking for a customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide 1st & 2nd line telephone and remote support, alongside hands-on assistance at our offices and client buildings. You will support colleagues, concierge and front-of-house teams, keeping their technology working reliably. Your Responsibilities Will Include Resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues remotely and on site. Managing support requests through telephone, email, Teams and Freshservice, meeting service levels and escalating where needed. Administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory accounts and permissions. Configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals. Supporting IT audits, site onboarding and knowledge-sharing documentation. About You You’ll bring: Experience in 1st line service desk or on-site IT support. Strong Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory skills. A working understanding of networking, including Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP and VPN. Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills. A proactive approach to security and a willingness to learn ITIL practices. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, along with flexibility for occasional travel. Relevant CompTIA, Microsoft or ITIL certifications are desirable, but not essential.
