Working alongside developers, you'll design automated testing solutions for a modern SaaS architecture and help drive adoption of AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Playwright MCP to improve test coverage, engineering efficiency, and release confidence.

What You’ll Be Working On

You Will Be Responsible For
Advancing a honeycomb-based testing strategy aligned to our microservices architectureCollaborating with software developers to improve testability and automation coverageDeveloping service-level (API), and end-to-end automated testsIntegrating automated quality checks into CI/CD pipelinesUsing observability data to identify risk areas and improve test effectivenessEvaluating and adopting AI-assisted testing and development toolsHelping define engineering best practices related to automation, quality, and release confidenceContributing to sprint planning, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring To The Role
2-5 years of relevant experienceStrong communication and collaboration skillsA passion for software quality and automationExperience developing automated tests using modern frameworksFamiliarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScriptUnderstanding of API testing principles and distributed systemsKnowledge of source control systems such as GitExperience working within Agile development teamsCuriosity about AI-assisted software development and automationA problem-solving mindset and desire to continuously improve engineering processes

Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
