Senior Front-End Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team developing and enhancing enterprise software applications. This role is focused on building high-quality user experiences using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, while contributing to initiatives that improve usability, product fit and finish, navigation, information architecture, and overall product quality. The ideal candidate enjoys solving front-end challenges, improving existing products, and working closely with product, design, UX, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.Improve existing product experiences, workflows, menus, and navigation.Contribute to initiatives focused on product quality, usability, and overall user experience.Translate product and UX requirements into well-designed technical solutions.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, UX professionals, and other engineers.Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend services.Collaborate across the broader application stack to support end-to-end product improvements.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing functionality.Consider performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability when developing solutions.Participate in code reviews, testing, technical discussions, and Agile development practices.Contribute to continuous improvements in front-end architecture, development practices, and overall product quality. Required Qualifications Strong professional experience in front-end software development.Strong hands-on experience with React.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS.Experience building and maintaining production-quality web applications.Experience working with APIs and backend services.Strong understanding of modern front-end development practices and web application architecture.Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex front-end issues.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional product, design, UX, and engineering teams.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise-scale web applications.Experience working with design systems or reusable component libraries.Familiarity with automated front-end testing.Understanding of web accessibility and responsive design.Experience with performance optimization.Experience collaborating across the full application stack or contributing to backend services.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
