In-depth technical analysis and long-term root cause resolution for complex problemsManagement of complex incidents that go beyond day-to-day operationsSupporting our 3rd-level service desk with escalationsTechnical design and support during the development of new products and projectsDevelopment of automations and internal toolsCreating technical standards and runbooks for complex issuesPlanning and executing complex maintenance tasks, including stakeholder coordinationEvaluating and implementing new solutions to improve our platform
#WANTED
Completed IT training or degree and/or professional experience in comparable positionsAdvanced knowledge of administering common Linux distributions (particularly Debian/Ubuntu, RHEL-based distributions such as AlmaLinux/Rocky Linux, etc.)Very strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skillsGood understanding of networks (troubleshooting) as well as solid experience with configuration management (e.g., Puppet) and scripting (Bash, Python)Systematic and analytical thinking, as well as the ability to work independently and focus on solutionsAbility to work well in a team and strong communication skillsExcellent German and good English skills
