Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Software Engineering - 3-5+ years of engineering experience in the aerospace domain, focusing on system software design and development - Strong knowledge of software development processes, requirements definition, and software verification - Experience with Scrum/Agile software development methodology - Proficiency with JIRA, TFS, and GitHub for configuration management and version control Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Bilingual in English and French - Aerospace, automotive or related industry experience Job Summary Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite, with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software application development and will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ground station processing center applications for engines equipped with data acquisition and transmission systems. In this role, you will lead an Agile software development team across the full lifecycle: concept, requirements, architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, verification, validation, and maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, software developers, IT, operators, OEMs, and engineers, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
