Salary: 120 - 180 PLN net + VAT/md
Remote: 1 day/month from the office (Warsaw, Krakow, Tricity)

Project
You will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining advanced Machine Learning solutions used at scale to support key business processes.
The project covers the entire ML lifecycle, from data preparation and model development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization in production environments.
Expected competences and knowledge
Strong commercial experience with Python and Machine Learning model development Hands-on experience with scikit-learn and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow) Solid knowledge of SQL and data processing at scaleExperience working with Spark and/or Databricks Practical knowledge of MLflow and the ML model lifecycle Experience building and maintaining production-grade ML solutions Good understanding of model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME) Experience with model monitoring and validation metrics (PSI, Gini, KS)
