We are partnering with a leading technology-driven financial firm that is making a significant investment in the next generation of its internal trading applications. They are looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape and deliver the tools that investment professionals rely on throughout the trading day. This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of product, technology, and financial markets. You will work closely with end users and engineering teams to understand complex workflows and translate them into intuitive, high-performance products. The applications you own will be business-critical, so usability, speed, reliability, and clarity are essential. The successful candidate will have meaningful ownership over product direction and execution, with the opportunity to influence how critical technology is designed and used across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with end users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvementOwn the development and evolution of complex, business-critical applications and user interfacesTranslate user needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmapsWork closely with software engineers and other technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycleDrive initiatives from initial problem definition and scoping through development, launch, adoption, and iterationImprove user experience and workflow efficiency in environments where speed and accuracy are criticalBalance requirements across multiple user groups while identifying opportunities to create scalable, reusable solutionsCommunicate product priorities, progress, dependencies, and risks across technical and business stakeholdersProactively identify potential challenges and help teams address them before they impact delivery What We’re Looking For Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar product-focused roleTrack record of owning complex products or applications that are critical to users' day-to-day workStrong technical foundation and the ability to work closely with software engineering teamsAbility to understand systems, data flows, technical constraints, and engineering tradeoffsStrong understanding of user workflows and how product and design decisions affect efficiency and decision-makingExperience translating ambiguous or complex business problems into clear product directionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience within financial markets, trading technology, fintech, or another real-time technology environment is highly desirable, but not required Why This Opportunity?
