About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our cutting-edge SaaS platform tailored for the insurtech industry. You will provide technical leadership, guiding the team through architecture decisions, technology selection, and implementation strategies to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and other engineers—to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, optimizing platform performance to support large datasets and high user traffic, and maintaining code quality through rigorous reviews and adherence to best practices. As a key mentor, you will foster the growth of junior developers, promote innovation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help shape the future of our platform, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies. Qualifications Proven experience of 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong record of leading complex SaaS applications.Minimum 2 years in a lead or managerial role, capable of guiding and developing engineering teams.Proficiency in back-end technologies such as .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.Strong skills in front-end technologies including JavaScript, Vue.js, and/or React.js.Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with microservices architecture and clean architecture principles.Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and various testing libraries (unit, integration, functional).Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles for creating modular, maintainable systems.Knowledge of web security best practices and regulatory compliance standards.Ability to optimize application performance for high-traffic environments.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and cloud infrastructure management.Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive troubleshooting, and effective communication abilities.A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
