What you'll be doing Designing, developing and delivering software for complex National Security programmesBuilding reliable, maintainable and high-quality software solutionsWorking across greenfield and evolving engineering projectsSolving challenging technical problems within secure environmentsWorking across languages and technologies including Java, Python, C++ and RustCollaborating closely with Software, Data, DevOps and Platform EngineersContributing to technical design, development, testing and code reviewsBreaking complex requirements into manageable, testable solutionsWorking within Agile engineering teams and contributing throughout the development lifecycleTaking on increasing technical responsibility as the engineering team grows What we're looking for Commercial experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer or similarStrong programming fundamentals and experience with at least one modern programming languageExperience with Java, Python, C++ or Rust would be particularly relevantStrong problem-solving skills and an ability to approach unfamiliar technical challengesAn interest in learning new languages, tools and technologiesExperience delivering high-quality, tested and maintainable softwareA collaborative approach and clear communication skillsAn active SC or DV clearanceWillingness and eligibility to undergo enhanced DV vettingAbility to work full-time onsite in Central London Why join?
