We’re hiring a Senior AI Engineer for a growing AI engineering company delivering real, production-grade systems for enterprise clients.
This is AI deployed into live environments, solving real business problems at scale.
You’ll get exposure to different industries including healthcare, pharma, insurance and financial services, building AI products from the ground up and seeing them deployed and used by major organisations.
Rather than working on one product or narrow use case, you’ll solve different technical problems across a variety of projects.

This role suits a strong, hands-on software engineer with genuine AI engineering experience.
Someone who:
Builds production-grade AI systems, not just prototypesHas strong Python development skills and integrates LLMs and AI components into real applicationsUnderstands architecture, scalability, cloud and deploymentCan independently own technical decisions and deliveryHas experience presenting technical solutions and working directly with customersSpeaks excellent German and English
