The role:
You will play a key role in developing and maintaining critical Enterprise Services within the Enterprise Digital Document Management domain.
Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA engineers, and fellow developers, you will contribute to the successful delivery of new features, system integrations, and operational improvements while maintaining high engineering standards.

Backend implementation with Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Kafka, event-driven microservices, Azure DevOps, Argo CD, Redis, and Observability.Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks is beneficial.Previous domain knowledge of document processing is an advantage.Play a key role in driving delivery of ongoing projects and maintenance sprints.Follow established SDKs, coding standards, development practices, and architectural guidelines, while challenging and changing them when needed.Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of software quality.Maintain a strong focus on SOLID principles, test coverage, and clean coding practices.Support production releases and deployment activities as part of the development team.Coordinate effectively with the testing/QA team during test cycles and releases.Engage in continuous collaboration with digital core communities and DevSecOps and infrastructure teams for frameworks, processes, SDKs, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Experience with Java as a Backend language.Knowledge of Spring Boot as the Backend framework.Proficiency in PostgreSQL as a relational database.Familiarity with MongoDB as a NoSQL database.Experience in Confluent Kafka and K streams for event streaming.Containerization experience using Docker.Knowledge of Kubernetes and Argo CD for container orchestration.Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.Proficiency in Azure DevOps for CI/CD.Familiarity with Keycloak OIDC for identity brokerage.
