We're looking for a Software Developer to design, develop and support manufacturing applications that enable reliable, secure and efficient production operations.
In this role, you'll work with modern technologies, collaborate with business and IT teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing systems.
What you'll do
Design, develop and implement software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Ensure applications are scalable, secure, high-performing and reliable.Support the full application lifecycle, from implementation and enhancement to maintenance and retirement.Participate in application upgrades, including testing, deployment, version management and validation.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including participation in an on-call support rotation.Configure and customize applications to meet manufacturing business needs, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.Apply development best practices, coding standards and modern ways of working.Identify and implement improvements to enhance application performance, availability and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate applications and ensure seamless data flow across systems.Maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, configuration documentation and knowledge base articles.Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry standards while protecting sensitive business data.Contribute to process improvements and continuous development of manufacturing applications.Always follow company safety rules and regulations.
What you'll bring
B.Sc.
in Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.Experience developing software using technologies such as C/C++, C#, PL/SQL or JavaScript.Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g.
Git) and modern software development practices.Experience with server operating systems, Oracle, MySQL or other database technologies.Understanding of cloud technologies.Experience with MES/MOM, OCP or similar manufacturing execution systems is highly valued.Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration skills in English.
