Description
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to contribute to building an Internal Developer Platform for a large-scale industrial client.
You will focus on creating reusable infrastructure abstractions and platform capabilities, enabling development teams to consume cloud and PaaS services in a standardized, automated, and developer-friendly way.
Your key responsibilities include:
Design and develop reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure abstractions.Build and extend components of an Internal Developer Platform / Developer Portal.Develop platform integrations and services using TypeScript.Enable self-service infrastructure provisioning and automation for development teams.Work with Microsoft Azure to design scalable and secure cloud solutions.Collaborate with platform, cloud, and product teams to deliver standardized platform capabilities.Ensure scalability, maintainability, and usability of platform solutions.

Qualifications
Completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field.Strong professional experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures.Strong programming skills in TypeScript or similar languages.Solid understanding of platform engineering concepts, infrastructure abstractions, and self-service platforms.Good understanding of cloud fundamentals, including networking, security, monitoring, and IAM.Fluent communication skills in English, with experience working in international environments.
Nice to have:
Experience with Internal Developer Platforms or tools like Backstage.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).Experience building self-service cloud platforms and developer enablement solutions.
