Join an early-stage team as a founding software developer and help build a platform that transforms fragmented client information into structured data and polished reports. The role offers the opportunity to shape core software capabilities, automate complex workflows, and influence the technical direction of a growing product.
Highlights
Founding engineering opportunity focused on building software that automates data collection, processing, and reporting for organizations, with substantial ownership in shaping an early-stage technical product.
Description
Company Description Pipeline AI automates the collection, processing, and reporting of client data for healthcare and service-based organizations.
The platform ingests information from forms, assessments, questionnaires, and uploaded documents, then transforms those inputs into structured data and comprehensive, client-ready reports.
Instead of manually compiling results across multiple assessments and documents, teams can use Pipeline AI to automatically extract key information, standardize it, and bundle multiple data sources into a single customized report.
The platform supports configurable forms and reporting workflows, allowing organizations to tailor data collection and report generation to their specific processes.
Pipeline AI reduces administrative work, improves consistency, and turns fragmented client information into organized, actionable reports that teams can review, share, and track from one workspace.
Role Description As a Founding Software Developer at Pipeline AI, you will design, build, and maintain core systems that capture, process, and route data from Slack into downstream tools and platforms.
You will develop and optimize back-end services, APIs, and data-processing pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security for production workloads.
Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, reviewing code from other team members, integrating with third-party tools (such as project management and BI platforms), and collaborating closely with product and design on new features and improvements.
You will also help define technical architecture, contribute to engineering best practices, and play a key role in shaping the company’s culture and development processes.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
