Join a lean, fast-moving team as an Internal Tools Engineer and take ownership of software used across operations, finance, and delivery. You will stabilize existing systems, document critical workflows, eliminate manual processes, improve data capture and reporting, and build tools that save teams significant time. Strong judgment, ownership, and practical problem-solving are valued more than specialization in a particular technology stack.
Highlights
Own and improve a business-critical internal platform with broad autonomy, direct access to leadership, and significant opportunity to automate inefficient workflows and build better reporting.

About us
We're a stealth-stage fund and tech startup at the intersection of alternative markets and quantitative strategy.
Lean team, big ambition.
Almost everything we do runs on software we built ourselves, and the pace of the business is set by how good that software is.
The role
You'll own our internal platform: the systems our operations, finance and delivery teams use every day to move money, track work, sync communications and see what's actually happening in the business.
One person built most of it.
You take it over, make it dependable, and then extend it.
You'll sit with the people doing the work, find what costs them the most hours, and fix it.
Judgment about what to build matters more than depth in any one stack.
You'll work directly with the founder, no layers.
