Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Define product vision, roadmap, epics, features, and user stories.Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder needs.Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.Provide direction to engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.Technical Leadership
Collaborate with architects and development teams on solution design and implementation.Translate complex business requirements into technical stories and acceptance criteria.Understand application architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and system integrations.Support modernization and digital transformation initiatives.Review technical dependencies, risks, and release plans.Stakeholder Management
