The Knowledge Manager drives the flow of engineering knowledge across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains. The role ensures that critical know-how is easily accessible, reusable, and structured for both people and AI-based systems, enabling faster development, improved quality, and reduced rework. This role is based in our office in Kraków, Poland. Key Responsibilities Enable effective engineering knowledge flow across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains. Build and maintain an AI-ready knowledge ecosystem with clear structures, taxonomy, and governance. Capture and scale engineering know-how from lessons learned, best practices, benchmarking and design guidelines. Promote knowledge sharing and continuously improve accessibility, quality, and reuse. Requirements Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Knowledge Management, or a related field. Several years of experience in engineering, project management, quality management, or knowledge management. Strong understanding of engineering development processes and cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with knowledge platforms, information architecture, and AI-enabled knowledge solutions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Preferred Experience Experience in automotive or another technology-driven industry. Background in technical project leadership, systems engineering, project quality, or similar roles.
