We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our Applied Engineering team.
This role focuses on supporting the development, testing, and implementation of hardware and system-level solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with engineers throughout the product lifecycle, from prototype development to production deployment.

Responsibilities
Build, assemble, and test electronic prototypes and systemsSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and product implementationPerform electrical and functional testing, validation, and troubleshootingDiagnose and resolve hardware and system integration issuesRead and interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentationCollaborate with engineering teams on debugging and design improvementsCreate and maintain technical documentation, test procedures, and reportsSupport production, quality, and service teams in resolving technical issuesAssist in developing and maintaining test setups and equipment
You should have:
Essential
Technical education (Vocational secondary school degree with Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics profile, or related field)5 Year+ practical experience working with electronic or electromechanical systemsAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documentationFamiliarity with test and measurement tools (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope)Hands-on skills including soldering (THT/SMT)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and teamwork abilitiesEnglish proficiency sufficient to work with technical documentation
Desirable
Experience in R&D, testing, or product development environmentsKnowledge of embedded systems and communication protocols (e.g., UART, CAN, I2C, SPI, RS485, RS 232)Familiarity with CAD/ECAD tools, Solid Edge 2025, Altium Designer will be an assetExperience with documentation and issue tracking tools (Confluence, Jira) Basic understanding of automation or measurement systems
