Job Description As Industrialization Engineer you will report to Industrialization Manager Your Responsibilities With direction in the form of SAFe stories, the Industrial Design Organization supports the introduction of new products. This support comes through Design for projects and the Manufacturing Design Specification. The support also comes from Architects, Product Owners, or SME Project Engineers. They work following the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes.Work with Engineering Design and Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability for a New Product IntroductionSupport development engineering to determine product costSupport development of manufacturing specification and validate against Digital twinsSupport development of the associated documentation and estimate manufacturing costWork on issues of small to medium scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors The Essentials - You Will Have Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree or education2 years' experience in engineering design or manufacturingUnderstand concepts of New Product Introduction processHave worked with Project Management teamsKnowledge of Design for Assembly, Cost and AutomationUnderstanding of discrete manufacturing assembly practicesSupport Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA)Transactions in an Enterprise Resource Planning system SAPGood written and verbal communications in English What We Offer Medical Plan - Includes coverage for partners and children.
