About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team at AVSI Systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications used by millions of cardholders worldwide.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product owners, QA engineers, and fellow developers to create innovative features and improve existing functionalities.

Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience building Android applications.Proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages.Experience with modern Android development tools and frameworks such as Jetpack Compose, MVI architecture, and Coroutines.Strong understanding of build tools like Gradle, GitHub Actions, and Circle CI.Knowledge of REST API integration, OkHttp, and RAML API documentation.Experience with asynchronous programming, performance analysis, and optimization techniques.Familiarity with legacy code management and refactoring.Experience in writing unit and integration tests using Espresso, JUnit, and test fakes.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions for open-ended challenges.
