About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Expert with extensive hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have between 14 to 18 years of professional experience in the field of DevSecOps, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing secure and efficient CI/CD pipelines. The role involves assessing the current DevSecOps maturity levels of client application portfolios, developing strategic roadmaps for maturity improvement, and leading the implementation of best practices across various projects. You will be responsible for defining comprehensive DevSecOps strategies, integrating a range of security tools into CI/CD workflows, and deploying APIs and microservices into containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence the technological direction of multiple organizations and work on cutting-edge solutions that enhance security and operational efficiency. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 14 years of professional experience in DevSecOps and related fields. You should have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or other similar CI/CD platforms such as GitHub. Extensive knowledge of assessing DevSecOps maturity states and developing strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement is essential. You must have a deep understanding of code branching, merging, and tagging strategies, particularly on GitHub and Git. Experience in integrating security and quality tools such as SonarQube, Nexus, Fortify, and similar tools into CI/CD pipelines is required. Additionally, proven expertise in deploying APIs and microservices into Docker or Kubernetes clusters using DevSecOps pipelines is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust DevSecOps strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring security and efficiency are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. Assess the current maturity levels of client application portfolios and create actionable roadmaps for continuous improvement. Lead the ideation, design, and deployment of DevOps solutions that align with industry best practices and client requirements. Define and optimize code branching, merging, and tagging strategies on platforms such as GitHub and Git to facilitate seamless development workflows. Integrate security tools like SonarQube, Nexus, Fortify, and other similar solutions into CI/CD pipelines to automate security testing and compliance checks. Manage end-to-end deployment of APIs and microservices into Docker and Kubernetes environments, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of security and operational practices. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members and clients throughout project lifecycles. Continuously evaluate emerging DevSecOps tools and methodologies to recommend improvements and innovations that enhance security posture and operational efficiency.
