📍work from Poland Project Description: Luxoft is developing two complementary Azure-based capabilities: a foundational set of Azure cloud services that provides the core infrastructure landing zone, and a Data Mesh platform built on top of it to exchange, integrate, and process data from multiple internal systems. The Data Mesh platform applies domain-oriented data ownership, treats data as a product, and uses federated governance, enabling controlled data usage to support future AI applications. AI Labs is a sub-product of the Data Mesh platform: an interface and services layer that gives teams self-serve access to the AI-ready datasets they need, without having to connect to each underlying source system individually. The solution is designed and built through iterative collaboration with the client's team and other stakeholders to identify, manage, and document requirements across data domains. Our approach is iterative, adaptive, and proactive: each team member owns a specific domain area and its deliverables, and coordinates closely with that domain's data owners and downstream consumers. Luxoft provides a development team experienced in modern, self-organized, cross-functional delivery practices, meeting agreed quality and timing expectations. Responsibilities: As a Backend Project manager /Product Owner within the Connected Vehicle, you will be a direct manager of the team of Cloud Architects & AI Architects who are embedded in a joint team with the customer. The role also involves supporting Product/Feature owners to consolidate system requirements into Epics/Features. Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Azure Cloud Services People Management Proactivity Technical Project Management Mandatory Skills Description: -Design, build, and ship complex iOS features and app components independently, keeping delivery on track within owned scope. -Own code quality and maintainability for major iOS components, including identifying and reducing manageable technical debt. -Implement robust unit and UI tests (XCTest, XCUITest) for critical user flows within owned scope. -Submit well-scoped, reviewable pull requests and provide clear, timely code reviews for peers, including junior engineers. -Apply Swift/SwiftUI (or Objective-C where required) engineering standards and architecture patterns (e.g. MVVM, Coordinator) to keep implementations consistent and extensible. -Communicate progress, risks, and testing readiness clearly with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and other immediate stakeholders. -Mentor junior and mid-level iOS engineers through day-to-day guidance, pairing, and knowledge sharing. bullet icon Diagnose and resolve moderately complex bugs and performance issues in owned app areas using structured debugging and profiling tools. -Support App Store release readiness for owned features, including build configuration, crash triage, and adherence to Apple submission guidelines. -Collaborate with design and backend teams to translate requirements into technically sound, maintainable iOS implementations.
