What You'll Do
Develop and maintain features and systems across frontend + backend.Implement assigned tasks, bug fixes, and new features following the team's coding standards and architecture.Own small to medium-sized features from requirement clarification through implementation and testing (depending on experience level).Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements before development.Break down work into manageable tasks and communicate progress or blockers clearly.Support testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance.Contribute to improving code quality, maintainability, and development workflows.Learn our business domain and continuously improve both technical and problem-solving skills.
