Product & Coatings Development Engineer

We’re hiring: Product & Coatings Development Engineer Want to turn smart coating technology into real products? At ClimAd Technology, we develop functional coatings that make glass and polymer films smarter and more adaptive. As we move from technology development towards industrialisation and commercial scale-up, we’re looking for someone who combines strong coating chemistry with a practical, entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll work across the full journey: Chemistry → Formulation → Coating → Testing → Product → Scale-up → Manufacturing. We’re looking for someone who: - understands coatings, functional pigments and polymer/binder systems; - enjoys hands-on development and solving real product problems; - takes ownership and turns ideas into robust, manufacturable solutions; - is comfortable working with suppliers, experts and industrial partners; - wants to grow beyond R&D into industrialisation, manufacturing and product responsibility.
