What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Strong software architecture and system design experience.Deep understanding of testing, quality engineering and observability.Experience using AI as a core part of the software development lifecycle.Ability to define evidence-based approaches to software quality and reliability.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.Passion for modern engineering practices and the future of AI-enabled software delivery.
