Pay Range
USD $67,656.79 - USD $81,514.20 /Yr.
STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)
7.50 - Salaried Non-Management except pharmacists

Overview
Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team!
The Developer I, Application Systems ensures efforts are in alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives.
This role is responsible for development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within the framework of various enterprise systems as well as other vendor purchased applications used at Navitus.
This role will also drive citizen development where applicable within the applications framework.
This role will work with IT Analysts and directly with business users to develop requirements ensuring the business needs are met.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processesWork independently to understand and document business needsWork with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application developmentSupport change control and testing processes for modifications to application systemsResearch and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needsIdentify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scaleDevelop and maintain documentation of custom processesProvide backup administration support to other ASA teammatesProvide after-hours supportDevelopment within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilotDevelopment within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows preferredDevelopment within Atlassian SaaS platformsDevelopment within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platformsDevelopment within Dynamics (D365) CRM PlatformDevelopment Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnectOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
Associate’s degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent work experience required1+ year relevant work experience preferredKnowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principlesHands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experienceWorking technical knowledge of network, PC, Windows Operating systems, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile Project MethodologyExperience documenting and maintaining configuration and process informationKnowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URACParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
