Infrastructure Engineer ¥6.0M – ¥8.0M JPY/year Tokyo · Remote work negotiable Japanese: N2 A growing healthtech startup at the intersection of medicine and technology, connecting a nationwide network of clinicians with companies building digital health services. As our medical DX platforms scale, we're hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own the foundation they run on. You'll design, build, and operate our cloud infrastructure while shaping how our engineering team builds and ships. Environment & Tech Stack Public cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) for in-house medical DX servicesInfrastructure as Code across environment build and operationsCI/CD pipeline ownership and continuous improvementPlatform enablement: support fellow engineers and drive operational improvementsSmall, early-stage team with real input on architecture and how the org growsMission-driven work in healthcare, where reliability directly matters What We're Looking For 3+ years in an infrastructure engineering roleHands-on experience in at least one of: building and operating infrastructure on public cloud, cloud vendor or support engineering, or IaCJapanese: JLPT N2 or aboveCI/CD experience, security/network/architecture certifications, and working English (docs, vendor email) a plusA self-starter who spots issues and drives them to resolution, and enjoys building in a startup environment
