About the role:
Reporting to the AI & Automation Manager, you will design, build, deploy and maintain AI agents, automation solutions and RAG-enabled tools that improve productivity across RACGP.
Working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Product Owners and technical teams, you'll translate business needs into scalable, secure and supportable AI solutions while contributing to the College's digital transformation program
As our AI Engineer, you'll also:
Create and refine prompts to improve AI agent accuracy, safety and user experienceMonitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues and drive ongoing enhancementsParticipate in workshops, sprint activities and requirements gathering to support deliveryApply AI governance, privacy, accessibility and cyber security standards across all solutions.
Skills and experience:
Experience building and configuring AI agents and automationsPython coding (or similar) and troubleshooting skillsExposure to Power Platform and Copilot StudioStrong stakeholder and communication skills.
