Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer

Ventia is seeking an experienced Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer to join our Telecommunications maintenance contract based in Parramatta. Additionally, You'll Deliver predictive and reactive maintenance activities while ensuring contractual KPIs are achievedManage subcontractor performance, capacity, quality and commercial outcomesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships, including leading governance and performance meetingsMonitor contract performance, reporting, costs and opportunities for continuous improvementSupport quotations, tenders and portfolio growth initiatives through work-winning activitiesCoordinate asset replacement programs, infrastructure renewals and critical maintenance projects About You Electrical Engineering qualification, electrical trade background or equivalent technical qualificationExperience within critical infrastructure, facilities management or telecommunications maintenanceStrong knowledge of UPS systems, generators, batteries and 48V DC power systemsDemonstrated experience managing maintenance contracts and subcontractor relationshipsCommercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skillsCurrent Australian Driver's Licence About Ventia As a leading services provider, we maintain, operate, and manage the essential infrastructure that makes modern life possible across Australia and New Zealand.
