In this role you will lead our enterprise Data and Artificial Intelligence Platform, providing strategic, technical and people leadership across a large global team of platform engineers, data engineers and data risk professionals. You will partner closely with senior business and technology leaders to define the platform vision, strategy and roadmap, while ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable and compliant data capabilities that support multiple business groups. You will act as the key point of contact for platform stakeholders, oversee platform operations and engineering delivery, manage strategic vendor relationships, and drive strong engineering, governance and risk management practices. You will have the opportunity to embed artificial intelligence capabilities into the development lifecycle, support the adoption of compliant artificial intelligence platforms, optimise platform performance and costs, and lead the resolution of significant operational, risk and audit matters.
