We are looking for a specialist who will help us build reliable, clear and production-ready digital products.

Stack
Обязанности
Разрабатывать агентный контур: обвязка модели, слой инструментов через MCP, маршрутизация, чат.
Принимать существующий продукт и вести его дальше самостоятельно.
Делать смену движка модели настройкой, а не переделкой.
Настраивать фильтрацию инструментов по ролям и проверку прав на шлюзе.
Повышать качество и эффективность: пороги уверенности, логи, latency, стоимость вызова.
Требования
Agents: многошаговые агентные пайплайны в продакшене — вызов инструментов, обработка отказов.
LLM: внешние API и локальный инференс, function calling, structured output, MCP.
Backend: Python + async, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker.
Ops: логирование и трейсинг LLM-вызовов, оценка стоимости и задержки запроса.
Ownership: принимает чужой код и ведёт дальше, работает самостоятельно.
Плюсом: RAG end-to-end (гибридный поиск, реранкинг, оценка), стриминг, ABAC, on-prem.
