To support us in Berlin or Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Tax Specialist (f/m/d) who wants to work across the full range of our tax topics and is keen to build expertise in transfer pricing.
Tasks
Preparing tax balance sheets and tax returns for the German group companies together with our colleagues.
Support in preparing and maintaining our transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR), including functional and risk analyses.
Contributing to the implementation and further development of intercompany transfer pricing guidelines and models and reviewing intercompany agreements in coordination with the business functions.
Tax assessment of business transactions, contracts and restructurings.
Advising business functions and subsidiaries on tax matters, and acting as contact person for our foreign entities on operational questions regarding the operational application of transfer pricing requirements.
Supporting tax audits and communicating with tax authorities and external advisors.
Helping us develop our Tax Compliance Management System further and digitalise our tax processes.
Monitoring legislative changes and case law, and deriving recommendations for action.
Qualifications
Academic track record with a finance and international tax background.
At least three years of professional experience in tax consultancy, audit, or an in-house tax function; experience in the tax department of a multinational group is an advantage.
German Tax Advisor Exam is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of German corporate income tax law; knowledge of international tax law is desirable.
Initial exposure to transfer pricing, or a clear interest in building expertise in this area.
Experience with SAP and common tax software, along with very good Excel skills.
Structured and independent way of working, and enjoyment of working with different business functions.
Business-fluent German and good English language skills.
