About the Opportunity: The FULL-STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER role involves owning and developing comprehensive features for the organization's endpoint management console. This position is responsible for building and maintaining customer-facing interfaces, backend services, and data models, collaborating closely with product, design, and quality teams. The role significantly contributes to delivering reliable, scalable solutions that enhance the user experience and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Develop and deploy full-stack features including frontend Vue components, backend services in Laravel, Spring Boot, and TypeScript AWS Lambda functions, and associated data modelsDesign and document API endpoints with robust support for pagination, filtering, and error handlingImplement logging and metrics to monitor feature performance, responding to data insights post-releaseCollaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical plans and deliver incremental updatesWrite unit and end-to-end tests to ensure feature reliabilityParticipate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality, performance, and maintainabilityEngage in team on-call rotationContribute to the shared component library Requirements: Minimum of three years experience developing and deploying enterprise web applicationsProficiency in TypeScript and experience with modern component frameworks, preferably VueServer-side development experience with object-oriented languages; Java with Spring Boot and TypeScript on Node.js preferredKnowledge of relational and non-relational databases, with an understanding of scalable query designExperience writing automated testsStrong written communication skills suitable for a distributed work environment Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary range: $130,000 to $150,000 USDTotal compensation includes bonus, equity, and benefits, varying by experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location Benefits & Perks: Comprehensive health insurance with generous employer contributions401(k) retirement plan with company matchCompany-paid short-term and long-term disability insuranceHealth Savings Account contributions based on tierFlexible paid time off and generous sick leaveEquity for full-time employeesAdditional benefits including lifestyle spending account, internet reimbursement, home office stipend, adoption benefit, and comprehensive family planning coverage Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
