Web Full Stack Engineer – Python/Ruby, React & AI Automation Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Summary We are looking for a Full Stack Web Engineer with 3+ years of experience building scalable web applications using Python or Ruby on Rails, React, SQL, and cloud platforms. The role focuses on AI-powered automation, agentic workflows, API integrations, and production-ready applications. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain full-stack web applications and automation workflows.Develop backend APIs, background jobs, and scalable services.Build responsive UIs using React/JavaScript.Integrate AI agents, RPA, APIs, and Document Intelligence solutions.Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.Work with AI-assisted development, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent workflows.Collaborate with product/data teams and mentor junior developers.Required Skills 3+ years of Full Stack development experience.Python or Ruby on RailsReact, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSSPostgreSQL/MySQL/SnowflakeREST APIs and background job processing.AWS, Azure, or GCP.AI/automation experience with RAG, AI Agents, UiPath, or Document AI.Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub is a plus.Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience preferred.Must be able to work in a HIPAA-compliant environment.Remote Requirements Private workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and availability for video/webcam-based collaboration
