Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Nexorlio is a growing software engineering company delivering modern software, cloud solutions, and AI-powered digital products to clients across the U.S. and Europe. We build scalable web applications, SaaS platforms, and custom software solutions, working closely with clients from initial planning and architecture through development, deployment, and ongoing improvement. We're expanding our engineering team and looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, taking ownership of projects, and building high-quality software. About the Role As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll design, develop, and maintain production applications using modern frontend, backend, database, and cloud technologies. You'll work closely with our engineering team and leadership, contribute to technical decisions, and take ownership of features from initial design through production. This is a fully remote, full-time position for candidates based in the United States who are authorized to work in the U.S. and available during U.S. business hours. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.Develop modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.Build reliable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.Design and optimize relational databases, including PostgreSQL.Contribute to system architecture, technical planning, and engineering decisions.Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external platforms.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and improve application performance and security.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and clients.Mentor other engineers and help establish engineering best practices. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant full-stack development experience.Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.Professional backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or comparable technologies. Experience designing REST APIs and working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance, and security.Experience developing and maintaining production applications.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and modern development workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.Experience with serverless architectures and infrastructure as code.Experience integrating AI-powered features, LLM APIs, or AI-assisted workflows.Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or prompt engineering.Experience developing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.Experience mentoring engineers or working directly with clients.
