About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Design/Developer (React & UI/UX) who will join a project for our client from the financial services sector.
This role combines UX leadership, design system ownership, and hands-on front-end engineering.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, and developers to create enterprise-grade portal experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and scalable.
The role is hybrid - 3 days a week from the Client's office in Warsaw.
What you will do
Lead the end-to-end UX process, from requirements gathering and discovery workshops to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Define and govern UI/UX standards, design systems, and interaction patterns across portal applications.Architect and develop reusable React.js and TypeScript components while setting technical direction for the front-end team.Mentor developers through code reviews, design feedback, and best-practice guidance in UI/UX and React development.Drive accessibility, usability testing, and continuous improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
What we are looking for
14+ years of software or product design experience, including 8+ years of hands-on React.js and TypeScript development.Expert-level proficiency with Figma and extensive experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.Strong experience translating business requirements into responsive, accessible, production-ready user interfaces.Hands-on knowledge of modern front-end architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and reviewing code.
