Systems Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support the implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing operation of telecommunications and system monitoring solutions within customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support solution implementation, configuration, testing, validation, and acceptance.Provide technical support and troubleshooting within customer environments.Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with internal Tier 2, Tier 3, R&D, and project teams.Develop and execute end-to-end test plans.Support customer teams with solution operation and troubleshooting.Prepare technical documentation and customer-facing materials.Lead technical discussions and drive issues through to resolution.Configure and fine-tune solutions to meet customer requirements.
Technical Skills
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.Experience with Python and Linux Shell scripting.Working knowledge of OpenStack, Heat templates, Azure AKS, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, virtualization, and microservices.Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, TLS, SSH, RTP, SIP, HTTP, DNS, NAT, and Syslog.Experience with SIP/IP Telephony and Wireshark/packet capture analysis.Familiarity with 5G call flows and 5GC SBI components.Knowledge of Kafka, Elastic, Spark, and MariaDB is an advantage.Familiarity with LDAP, SSO, and identity management solutions is desirable.
