Founding Systems Engineer/Full Stack | Founding Team | London Fully Funded Salary up to £130k - Will go higher Hybrid/Onsite Equity Bonus I’m working with an early-stage AI company that is building a new type of technology-driven operating business. They’ve grown rapidly since launch and are now looking for a Systems Engineer to join the founding team and help build the technology from the ground up. You’ll be working across: AI and multi-agent systems Python / TypeScript Postgres Event-driven systems and workflow engines APIs and third-party integrations Production systems and real-world business operations They’re looking for someone who: Has built production AI or multi-agent systems Has strong software engineering fundamentals Is commercially minded Enjoys solving messy, real-world problems Wants genuine ownership rather than a defined job description Is comfortable working in a very early-stage environment This is a founding-team opportunity with equity, working directly with the founders and having a major influence on the technology and direction of the business.
